This 1,800 sq. ft. commercial facility project involved converting a client-provided Rhino model into a comprehensive set of architectural construction drawings. Techture translated the 3D design intent into coordinated 2D CAD documentation aligned with Construction Documentation (CD) standards. The scope covered site planning, detailed floor layouts, reflected ceiling plans, interior and exterior elevations, and discipline-specific coordination drawings. Architectural drawings were developed with compliance considerations for ADA accessibility, fire and life safety, and spatial functionality. The resulting CD set enabled accurate permitting, coordination, and site execution.
1. Development of a 20-sheet architectural CD set derived from the client-provided Rhino model.
2. Preparation of site plan drawings, including property layout, parking configuration, ADA access, and building setbacks.
3. Generation of detailed floor plans (including outdoor areas) with room naming, door schedules, furniture layouts, finishes, and path-of-travel calculations.
4. Creation of reflected ceiling plans indicating ceiling types and preliminary lighting layouts based on the Rhino model.
5. Production of exterior elevations, interior sections, and bathroom elevations detailed for ADA compliance.
6. Architectural coordination of basic Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing layouts for documentation support.
