Techture developed a LOD 300 Plumbing BIM model for a 1,000 sq. ft. retail facility renovation using Autodesk Revit and Navisworks. The project involved creating a detailed plumbing model covering sanitary, water supply, and storm systems based on BID set drawings and the provided architectural model. Through clash detection and coordination with architectural and structural models, Techture delivered a constructible, clash-free plumbing model and associated shop drawings. The approach ensured accurate installation planning and minimized on-site conflicts, supporting seamless renovation execution.
1. Develop LOD 300 Plumbing model for Sanitary, Water Supply, and Storm systems based on BID drawings.
2. Integrate plumbing systems within the provided architectural and structural models.
3. Conduct clash detection and coordination to resolve potential conflicts.
4. Generate constructability reports with numbered issues, screenshots, and viewpoints.
