This renovation project involved creation of an As-Built BIM modeling, using provided inputs such as point cloud data and site maps, ensuring accuracy by aligning field conditions with design specifications. It included the extraction of As-Built sheets (plans, elevations, sections, and details) following a reference sample for compliance. Additionally, the BIM model was upgraded based on client feedback and site modifications, followed by the preparation of a Construction Drawing (CD) set with Architectural and Structural layouts.
1. Develop LOD-300 Architecture, Structure and Landscape As-built Models using point cloud data files
2. Preparation and extraction of As-built sheets as per sample reference provided
3. Update the As-Built BIM model based on provided comments and instructions
4. Develop a Construction Drawing (CD) Set for execution
