This project involved the detailed BIM modeling and coordination of complex façade systems for a high-rise residential tower.
The curtain wall façade was modeled to LOD 400, with a high level of detail including mullions, transoms, fixing systems, cladding and glass specifications.
1. Develop an LOD 400 curtain wall façade model incorporating detailed mullions, joinery elements, and aluminium panel cladding
2. Generate detailed parametric mullion families as per the dimensions and profiles defined in the shop drawings
3. Create a clash matrix & run clash tests with structure, precast & architecture elements
4. Model Collaboration on BIM 360 and Issue Management via Revizto
