Techture provided Structural BIM support for an industrial OBD-based project covering approximately 6,000 sq. ft., focusing on LOD 300 modeling of a Secant Pile system. Using Bentley OpenBuildings Designer in conjunction with AutoCAD inputs, the model was developed strictly within the client-defined scope area. The scope included concrete and structural steel elements modeled to comply with OBD and project-specific standards. In parallel, 2D structural design drawings were converted, standardized, and delivered in accordance with MTA drafting requirements.
1. Development of LOD 300 Structural model for Secant Pile system using Bentley OpenBuildings Designer.
2. Modeling limited strictly to the client-marked scope area, with adjacent models referenced only.
3. Structural modeling of concrete and structural steel elements using standard OBD cells.
4. Conversion of AutoCAD (DWG) drawings to DGN format.
5. Preparation of 11 structural design drawings (plans, sections, and details) compliant with MTA standards.
