Techture supported a Dental Healthcare Facility spanning 9,000 sq. ft by developing a detailed Mechanical & Plumbing (MEP) BIM model using Autodesk Revit and Navisworks. Our scope involved creating a discipline-specific model derived exclusively from client‐provided IFC drawings and an architectural reference model. The focus was on building an accurate LOD 350 Plumbing & Mechanical system representation, complete with standard and customized families aligned to design specifications. The coordinated model served as the basis for extracting shop drawings, clash analysis, and constructability review. This streamlined the downstream execution process, ensuring smooth fabrication and installation on site
1. LOD 350 BIM development for plumbing & mechanical systems only.
2. Modeling based on approved IFC drawings using the client-supplied architectural Revit model.
3. Creation of custom mechanical and plumbing families from submittals.
