Techture employs cutting-edge software such as Tekla Structures for detailing of steel structures
and precast concrete elements while using Autodesk Revit for structural analysis and
construction documentation. Navisworks is utilized for multi-disciplinary coordination and
collision detection. All software platforms are fully integrated according to the project-specific
Common Data Environment (CDE).
Structural modeling focuses on developing a coordinated 3D representation of the building
structure used for design validation and interdisciplinary coordination. Structural detailing, on the
other hand, produces fabrication-ready drawings, connection details, and schedules required for

Levels of development 300, 350, and 400 are typically applied for design coordination, clash
detection and interface coordination, and detailing ready for fabrication, respectively. The LOD
to be provided is established during scope definition.

fabrication purposes via Tekla Structures software. Shop drawings include general
arrangements, detail drawings of members, connections, and erection plans. All deliverables
are in line with CISC guidelines and tailored to the fabricator's requirements.
Yes, Techture offers complete rebar detailing services for reinforced concrete constructionthroughout Canada. The deliverables consist of bar bending schedules, rebar layout, lapping,and anchorage drawings along with quantities. All rebar drawings will be done as per the CSAA23.3 standard and according to the intention of the structural engineer of record.
The timeframe of a structural BIM project is based on criteria such as the size and complexity ofthe building, LOD needs, and level of detailing required. Projects that are small commercial innature usually take between three and five weeks, whereas large or complex projects usuallytake between eight and sixteen weeks.
